Shipping & returns

Shipping

Free USPS shipping in the US. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of age verification passing. Delivery requires an adult signature from someone 21 or older, and packages are not left unattended.

Returns

If something arrives broken or is not what you expected, reach out and we will make it right. Pipes are restored estate pieces, so each one is unique — photos of your exact pipe are available before it ships on request.

Restrictions

We sell to buyers 21 and older only. Local laws vary, so check your state rules before ordering. We do not ship to states where shipment is restricted.
